- From your Dashboard, search for the patient’s name and hit enter:
2. Once in the Patient Profile Overview, go to the order you would like to view details for and click anywhere in the order rectangle:
3, Once in the Details view, you will be able to see the progress of the questionnaire:
The “Lab Results” field will only be available if labs were ordered as part of the assessment and will indicate which serum lab was selected. If this is the case, you will also be able to see a list of labs that were ordered if you continue to scroll down the Details page:
